Our tax practice draws on experience gained within the Polish tax administration and fiscal audit authorities. Our legal practice is built around consequential ownership decisions - companies, transactions, real estate, restructuring, succession and responsibility.

We do not separate legal and tax work where the same decision produces consequences in both areas. Each engagement has a designated partner responsible for strategy, communication and the quality of the advice.
