Adam Klęczar

Adam is a Polish attorney-at-law and tax adviser, and a member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. He gained professional experience at Ernst & Young and leading Polish law firms.

He specialises in transactions, corporate reorganisations, company law and real estate. His experience includes M&A projects, business transformations, market-entry projects for international investors and restructuring processes involving arrangements with creditors.

Adam advises clients in the real-estate, energy, construction, healthcare and technology sectors. He has worked on due-diligence reviews of industrial, commercial and residential properties, and advises developers, construction companies, architectural practices and property owners.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk and completed postgraduate corporate-law studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. His professional English proficiency is confirmed by the TOLES Legal Advanced certificate.
